At Of Love Designs, each floral arrangement is handcrafted with care and made from natural dried and preserved materials. Due to the custom and delicate nature of our products, all sales are final, and we do not accept returns or exchanges.

Damaged Orders

We take great care in packaging our florals to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. However, if your order arrives damaged, please follow these steps:

1. Report the Issue Within 48 Hours: Contact us at OfLoveDesign@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the damaged item and packaging.
2. Assessment & Resolution: We will assess the situation and determine an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement or store credit. Refunds are issued only in exceptional cases.
3. No Refunds for Minor Shedding: Some shedding of dried florals is normal during transit and does not qualify as damage.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package has been marked as delivered by the carrier, we are not responsible for lost or stolen items. If your package is missing, please check with your local carrier or neighbors and contact the shipping provider for assistance.

Cancellations & Order Changes

Orders cannot be canceled or modified once they have been processed.

If you need to update a shipping address, please contact us immediately. Once an order has shipped, we cannot make changes.
