Shipping Availability
We currently offer shipping on select dried and preserved floral arrangements and floral gifts. Due to the delicate nature of our designs, not all items are eligible for shipping. Items that are available for shipping will be clearly noted in the product description.
Local Delivery & Pickup (Staten Island, NY)
For items that cannot be shipped, we offer local delivery within Staten Island through a trusted service that specializes in handling delicate items with care (For an additional cost). You may also choose to pick up your order from our location. Pickup details will be provided upon order confirmation.
Processing & Shipping Times
Pre-made orders are typically processed within 2 business days. All other products are made to order and production can take anywhere from 5-10 business days depending on the time of year. If you need an order sooner, please notify us and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
Once shipped, delivery times vary based on location and carrier but generally range from 5-7 business days (2-3 days for express shipping).
You will receive a tracking number once your order has been shipped.

Handling & Packaging
Each arrangement is carefully packaged to ensure safe transit. However, please handle your florals with care upon arrival, as preserved florals are delicate.
Damaged or Lost Packages
We take every precaution to package our florals securely, but if your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 2 days of delivery with photos, and we will work on a resolution. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they are marked as delivered.
Weather & Seasonal Delays
Shipping delays may occur due to extreme weather or holiday rush periods. We recommend placing your order in advance for time-sensitive occasions.
